1. Use of the service
is provided for sports scorekeeping, court display and club management only.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt to access systems you are not authorised to use.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the security of your account, device and any credentials used to access the service. If you believe access has been compromised, you should change credentials or contact support promptly.
3. Billing and subscriptions
If a paid plan, fee, deposit or club package is offered, the applicable price and billing cadence will be shown before commitment. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions continue until cancelled.
4. Club installations and content
Club users are responsible for the content they upload, the screens they connect and the lawful use of logos, photos and slides. Any custom setup, branding or rollout work may require confirmation of scope before activation.
5. Availability and devices
The service depends on compatible hardware, internet access and third-party services such as Bluetooth, casting or browser support. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device.
6. Data and privacy
We store the minimum data needed to operate accounts, match sessions and club configuration. Any broader privacy commitments should be set out in your privacy policy if you publish one.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, is provided on an "as is" basis.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, or issues caused by third-party services, devices or network failures.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
